Rockets!

Well, I got a new baby today. A 1961 Singer Slat O' Matic 500A Rocketeer. Now I can honestly tell you, until two days ago, I had never seen or heard of this machine. I knew I needed to find a sewing machine, so I started checking craigslist. I was sold when I spied an ad entitled Singer Roceteer. Needless to say, I paid an arm and a leg. At least, for my little pocketbook. But I love it. And it sounds just like something from NASA.
